CURRI API Tuning

The default value for the timer is 2000 milliseconds. This means, after 2 seconds, Callmanager will stop waiting, and continue the call, ignoring your response that comes after.

If this happens, your CUCM will log an Alarm in RTMT - "AwaitingResponseFromPDPTimeout"

To increase the timeout, adjust the cluster wide service parameter “External Call Control Routing Request Timer” to a max of 5000ms.
