Callmanager RIS Integration with Call Telemetry
Cisco RIS provides details about all phones in the system, including registered and unregistered phones.
Call Telemetry then uses the IP addressing and polls all the phones for Subnet, Serial, CDP data.

Create a an Application User should have the minimum of these roles:
- Standard CCM Admin Role
- Standard Serviceability Role
RIS Setup in Call Telemetry
Enter the credentials under the appropriate Cisco Callmanager. You can test from this page. The slider ranges are based around leaving room for other applications that may use RIS. You can space out the synchronization or make it more often if desired. Note the rate limit - only 1000 phones can be returned in each query.
If permissions are good, you will see a successful reponse.
