Overview
This release adds a lot of features around E911 Tracking and Emergency Location services and CUBE XCC integration features - such as XCC Enforcement Policies and XCC Webhook Telemetry. This realese also adds LDAP Authentication support for logins for Enterprise users.
Location Management
- Added ELIN Management Page, and ELINs can be assigned to addresses.
- Show phones associated to Switch ports for inventory.

- Export of Dashboard Data with Address, ELINS, Switch Location Text and Port Location text.
Phone Dashboard and Remote Control & E911 Integration
- Location data - phones are now associated with address locations, network locations, and ELINS and all that data can be viewed and exported from the dashboard.
- Composite Address field - is the "Best" location available from Subnet, Switch, and Port Inforamtion. This inforamtion - name, address 1, address 2, city, state, zip, and ELINs can be viewed and exported from the dashboard page.
- New Settings page for choosing how to discover linked switches - by name or ip address. This can help especially in some cases like Cisco DNA with SD-Access Fabric, where CDP is advertising an anycast loopback address instead of a unique management ip. By resolving and matching by name, you can get the correct switch and port information.
CDR Webhook Telemetry
- New Logs Page for reviewing all webhook requests. You can view all logs and their http details and response bodies from the web UI.
CUBE XCC Webhook Telemetry
- New Feature - CUBE XCC Telemetry Webhooks. You can send XCC Call events (ALERTING, CONNECED, DISCONNECED) to a webhook endpoint. This can be used to integrate with CRM systems based on CUBE XCC events.
CUBE Integration using XCC API
- Connect Call Policies to Cisco CUBE using the XCC API. Supporting Permit, Block, and Apps.
- CUBE XCC Event Log - view the XCC events that are being sent to Call Telemetry.
- CUBE XCC Response Log - view the XCC responses from Call Telemetry.
- CUBE XCC Status - view the status of the XCC connection to the CUBE.
- CUBE XCC Settings to customize the SIP responnses.
- CUBE XCC Traffic Policy Filtering by Peer IP Addresses
Watch List Automatic Call Block Support
- New feature - Automatic Watch List Call Block Support - You can now automatically block calls from numbers on the watch list. This feature allows you to block calls from numbers on the watch list without having to manually block them.
Missed Call Notifications
- New - Unsubscribe from Missed Call Notifications - You can now unsubscribe from missed call notifications. This feature allows you to stop receiving missed call notifications if you no longer want to receive them.
- Also includes a custom text in the unsubscribe web page to help users understand how they could reactivate missed call notifications.
Reputation History
- Clicking on Phone Number will take you to the policy and search for all records of that caller id.

- LDAP Authentication Support
- You can now use LDAP to authenticate users in Call Telemetry. This feature allows you to use your existing LDAP server to authenticate users in Call Telemetry. This is useful for organizations that have an existing LDAP server and want to use it to manage user access to Call Telemetry.
- Use Group filters to limit the users that can authenticate.
- Use Role Mappings to map LDAP groups to Call Telemetry roles.
