Call Telemetry runs a native SFTP Server that accepts Cisco CDR formatted files, processes them, and decodes every field.
TIP
CDR Events do not trigger policy rule matches or alerts.
# Obtain your CDR Credentials
Visit CDR sidebar and click MCID Management
# Enable CDR Processing
From within Callmanager Serviceability - CDR Management, add server. Choose SFTP as the type.
