TrueSpam Logo

Easily add caller reputation scoring to your Callmanager, and use scoring to influence call routing, change caller ID, or block calls.

Call Telemetry is an authorized TrueSpam reseller, and can provide you with a single vendor to support the Callmanager integration and TrueSpam API access.

What's in a Caller Reputation Score?

Reputation Score is a scale from 0-100 from TrueSpam that the calling number is unwanted or a risk for your organization to speak with - Robocall, Telemarketer, social phishing, and more. Caller Reputation protects your organization from wasted employee time and potential voice threats.

  • Obtain Caller Reputation Scores in realtime.
  • Change Caller ID - "Potential Spam" or other custom tags.
